The energy, quality and showmanship of Bjorn To Rock is second to none.

PETER IS BJORN – Peter is a veteran session guitarist, playing the guitar professionally for 25 years. He has worked with well known acts such as Bucks Fizz, The Platters, Cannon and Ball and Bobby Davro. Peter currently runs his own studio, with his wife Louise (Agnetha), recording all the tracks themselves, adding a superb rock edge, whilst still paying great attention to Abba’s authentic, intricate harmonies.

LOUISE IS AGNETHA – Louise is a fully trained professional singer and has been working for over a decade in the ABBA tribute world, playing Agnetha and Frida in various Abba tributes. She achieved a performing arts degree where she naturally branched into acting and standup comedy. Louise also possesses a natural ability to mimic and amuse, which is evident in her performance as Agnetha. With her Swedish accent and funny one liners, it is the perfect combination for a great show.

DONNA IS ANNI-FRID – Donna has a degree in performing arts and has always had a strong calling to the stage, working with other ABBA and Elvis tributes, and as lead singer for the band Many Fronts. When Donna isn’t on stage with Bjorn To Rock, she can often be seen on Casualty, Trollied and Holby City, or working with Volacano Theatre, renowned for producing high-quality, haunting and provocative physical theatre. Donna’s deep Frida-like tone lends itself naturally to the role, and her harmonies, combined with Agnetha’s, portray the true essence of ABBA.

RAY IS BENNY – Ray has nearly thirty years experience as a professional musician and is a multi-instrumentalist. He played bass for touring blues outfit, Panic Station, playing festivals all over Europe. Not only does Ray show off his keyboard skills in Bjorn To rock, but he also plays Mandolin and guitar in ABBA ballads such as Fernando, Chiquitita and One of Us. With his energy, great sense of humour and cheeky grin he was natural choice to become Bjorn To Rock’s Benny.

SATURDAY 18th MAY – ‘AREA 53’

Area 53

Area 53 are a Wiltshire based band. They could be categorized as “alternative rock” but do not claim to be any particular genre, as they have such a broad and diverse set of influences which contributes to their unique sound. Such as, the simplicity and rawness of the punk movement, the musicality of metal and rock music, the cleaner sound of bands such as the “Red Hot Chili Peppers” and the dynamics of Grunge. In June 2012 they recorded a self titled 8 track debut album of their own material which included the live favorites, “Not In The Fridge” and “Working Suit”.
